Chora Haryana Ka was made in 1985. The film was dedicated to actor Prakash Gill. The film stars Rama Vij, Rakesh Pandey, Manjit Maan (first time), Gurdas Maan, Meher Mittal, Surinder Shinda, Surinder Sharma, Guggu Gill and Raj Kumar Sheni (first time).The film was shoot at village Chuhar Chakk, village Mahni Khera, film City SL Studio, Garry Farm Hisar etc. The producer was Iqbal Singh Dhillon and the story, screenplay, dialogue, direction was by Jagjit.The film did not hit the theaters and a video cassette was released.

Later this film was made in Punjabi and the name of the film was Gabhru Punjab Da. The action in this film was by Mohan Singh Baggar. Some scenes from the film were re-shoot on the same Location.The film was released in 1986 and was a hit.

Description of songs "Boliyan" Amar Noori and Diddar Sandhu, Masti Mana, Daffli Wala Aashiq - Gurdas Maan, Ladaki Akh, Koka - Sarabjit, Jagga & Title Track - Surinder Shinda,Heer Ranjha - Gurdas Maan & Savita Saathi. A song sung by Gurdas Mann "Aasi Vas Kasaiyan Paay Gaye Sajna Dua Mang Ve" was very much liked by the people which was not in the Song cassette of the film.
